  1. \u00a0In accordance with the General Provisions for Study, undergraduate students need to satisfactorily complete Service Learning, meet the university-wide basic competencies of English, Information Technology, Chinese, Service-Learning and Sports, and pass the core competencies of their department to be eligible for graduation.<\/li>\n \t
  2. Students who entered in and since the 2020-21 academic year need to complete at least 12 General Education course credits. General Education courses are divided into three areas: Humanities, Social Science, and Natural Science. Each area is divided into two subcategories: core and extended. Students need to take 1 two-credit course in both of the subcategories within each area to be eligible for graduation. Only 12 course credits will be counted toward graduation. Additional course credits earned in General Education courses are not counted toward graduation.<\/li>\n \t
  3. \u00a0Courses from other IT Departments or from focused course modules set up between any IT department and their School can be regarded as the CCE professional elective courses; however courses from other Schools can also be selected, but the CCE Department can only admit maximum 20 course credits.<\/li>\n \t
  4. \u00a0As for retaking professional required courses, students are allowed to take courses from other departments under the conditions of the same course titles or contents, and approval by the department chair. The credits from those retaken courses can be counted toward students\u2019 final grades.<\/li>\n \t
  5. \u00a0Undergraduate students are allowed to take courses from the master program as their professional elective, however, under the condition of approval by the department chair. The course credits can be counted toward students\u2019 final grades.<\/li>\n \t
  6. \u00a0The credits of interdisciplinary focused course program are not included in course structure diagram that can be regarded as the other department credits.<\/li>\n \t
  7. \u00a0Course credits obtained from the Teacher Education Center cannot be counted toward students\u2019 final grades.<\/li>\n \t
  8. \u00a0The elective courses categorized by modules (used to name programs) on this course framework can be further applied to students who enter the university prior to 2021-22 AY<\/li>\n \t
  9. \u00a0Graduating students and students in the extended study period who did not pass required courses of Physical Education can waive a maximum of two (2) required Physical Education courses by passing Comprehensive Physical Education I, Comprehensive Physical Education II. This regulation is applicable for those admitted in and prior to 2020-21 academic year.<\/li>\n \t
  10. If International students, overseas students or students from Hong Kong and Macao are not good at Chinese, they can take the courses of Basic Chinese I & II through International College instead of taking Chinese Literature: Appreciation and Creative Writing I & II. This regulation can be applied to students who entered the university prior to the 2021-22 academic year.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
